So we still have steady snow coming down and we probably have around 18 inches where we are so we are going to try for a tentative open at 12:00pm. We’ll keep you in the loop if anything changes. Be safe out there.

Hi Folks,

Due to the impending storm we’re not going to open this afternoon at 2:00pm. Though it’s starting later than expected we don’t want our volunteers out on the road in what’s supposed to be the worst part of the storm. We’re also monitoring for tomorrow’s hours (we may still be digging out for a bit) so check back for updates. Everyone be safe and we’ll hopefully see you all tomorrow.

We are very pleased to let you know that our first delivery of spring greens(curly kale) has arrived. They are from Stubborn Ox Farm right here in Brooks! While you may not be familiar with Stubborn Ox you are familiar with the people who run it (check out there bio in the Co-Op). Very happy to add truly local greens to the mix again!

Still looking pretty unfriendly out there. The forecast (depending on whether or not you believe it) said it was supposed to end after 4:00pm… but it looks like it is hanging around longer. We are probably going to shut down a bit after 5:00pm before the sun goes down. We hope everyone is being safe and we’ll be open for regular hours tomorrow.

So Phil made it in to the Co-Op this morning without incident(thanks Phil). So as of right now we will be opening as usual. We may have limited hours today based upon who can get there but if you have any last minute needs we’ll be open this morning at least. Please be safe out there and take your time if you do need to go out. If there are any changes to hours we’ll keep you in the loop.
