You may have noticed a few months back we moved our cheeses over to the display cooler right as you come into the Co-op. This was thanks to the suggestion of our board president and we’ve been pretty happy with the switch. There was a plan in place to expand our local dairy goods selection and have finally hooked up with a local dairy distributor to bring in a bunch of new dairy items from local farms!
