Pysanky Egg Dyeing Workshop

Last year’s Pysanky workshop was so successful that we’re doing it again!

We’re thrilled to welcome Lesia Sochor back to the co-op for a Ukrainian egg-decorating workshop on Sunday, March 24.

Creating Pysanky is an annual spring ritual for decorating Easter eggs. Designs are drawn on an egg with melted beeswax, which flows from a tool called a ‘Kystka.’ The eggs are then dipped in a series of dyes, and the final pattern is revealed when the wax is removed. Visit Lesia’s website to learn more about the art form.

Space is limited, and registration is required. Register at the co-op or through Instagram DM.

Light refreshments will be served. We hope you’ll join us!
