Correction : Quiz Night is Back!

HI Everyone,

I appear to have gotten wrong with my first post and we don’t want anyone to get the wrong impression. Quiz night is back on for winter starting this coming Friday at 6:30pm. Any questions please speak to David Greeley. Thanks much and we hope to see you there!

QUIZ NIGHT IS BACK – FRI JAN 20, 6:30pm at the co-op

Ever been to a pub quiz ? They are popular in the UK, Canada and the Northwest. Here’s how it works: Teams are made up of 2 to 6 people, bring your partner, another couple, several friends or team up with whoever is there. Last winter we averaged 20 people and folks grouped up into teams ad-hoc.

Each round has 10 questions about a particular subject, subjects are varied: Geography, Literature, Music, Around the Farm, Waldo County, Acronyms, Art, History, Plants & Animals, Politics, Film, Measurements and sometimes just General Knowledge. No questions about Sports or TV.

We usually play 6 rounds, about an hour and a half, and the team with the most correct answers wins a prize.
